Jeffrey Keith Skilling was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was the second child of all four children. In 1975, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences from Southern Methodist University. He received a 100% scholarship to study at Southern Methodist University.
