Vincent Lamar Wilfork was born in Boynton, Beach Florida on November 4, 1981. He is the son to David Wilfrok and Barbara Wilfork. He grew up with his brother David Wilfork Jr. having normal relationships as any other siblings. The season ended with 48 tackles in the year 2007season and two years later he was selected to the 2009 Pro Bowl. For the New England Patriots he played for 13 seasons.
