Your grammar is atrocious, and that undermines your credibility. Starting with ” persuaded his graduation from the University of Yale, following with “this admirable career of him got interrupted,” continuing to describe him as a “versatile, flexible & ambidextrous person,” including ” a book which is named as…” and finally describing his strategies as “evergreen.” you make it obvious you lack any modicum of formal education! Either you’re stupid, or you think your readers are!!!
The writer of the bio blurb is most likely a person whose first language is not English. Some American idioms just don’t translate. I get a lot of this (almost-but not quite right English) from my Caribbean HOA bulletins, etc. Notice also the statistics are in metric system! Someone tried their best, but a born American English speaker should have edited the blurb before publishing.
I have a lot of respect for Than and his group. They worked in the harsh conditions of CT winter when all the other RE shows were from CA. I had relatives in CT, and I looked for and found several of the properties transformed in the TV show. I especially liked the the large 3-story made into 3 apartments. They had to rebuild 3 kits/3baths and a new front porch. Very nice!
Than, don’t if you or any staff ever see these comments, but I want to say I used 2 of your ideas for buying properties successfully. Between 2000 and 2010 I bought 6 properties in San Antonio TX and rented them. Between 2010 and 2020 I slowly sold off 5 of the 6 for profit as the mortgages were paid off. I still have one rental, waiting for the tenants to pay off that last one. Watching your show was fun and educational.
