Sally Quillian Yates was born Sally Caroline Quillian on August 20, 1960, in Atlanta, Georgia. She was born to John Kelley Quillian and Xara “Mickey” DeBeaugrine Quillian. Her father was an attorney and judge and her mother was an interior designer.
