Roger Goodell was born on February 19, 1959in Jamestown, New York. His father was then the United States Senator Charles Ellsworth Goodell of New York. His mother is Jean (Rice) Goodell of Buffalo, New York. Roger graduated from Bronxville High School, where he was a three-sport star in football, basketball, and baseball.
