Robert Reich was born on June 24, 1946, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. His diminished height is due to a childhood effect of Fairbanks disease. He attended John Jay High School in Cross River, New York.   2. I love Robert Reich. I’m surprised he’s only worth 4 million considering his age, all the books he has written, his political and teaching jobs, and his speaking engagements. I bet he has so little because he is really generous and probably doesn’t have a lavish lifestyle. That’s not really much in comparison with billionaires who have become fatcats off of the work of poor American workers. He seems to work very hard and it’s paid off.
