Nick Vujicic, whose full name is Nicholas James Vujicic, was born on the 4^th of December 1982 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia to parents, Dušanka and Borislav Vujicic. His parents are Serbian immigrants from Yugoslavia. He was born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder in which the infected person has no arms or legs.

However, he has two small and deformed feet, one of which he calls “chicken drumstick” because of its shape. Originally, the toes of his “chicken drumstick” foot were fused, and an operation was done to separate the toes so that he could use them as fingers to perform basic tasks.

When it comes to his education, he has attended the Runcorn State High School in Queensland, where he was even elected as captain. There, he worked with the student council to help local disability and charities by fundraising. He graduated from Griffith University at the age of 21 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a double major in accountancy and financial planning.
