Michael Curtis Waltrip was born on April 30, 1963, in Owensboro, Kentucky, to his parents Leroy Waltrip and Margaret Jean Evans. He is the youngest of his other two brothers, Darrell Waltrip and Bobby Waltrip, who died in the year 2014.
