Mark Richt was born on February 18, 1960, at Omaha, Nebraska. His parents are Helen and Lou Richt. Together they raised five children, and Mark was the second eldest among them. Mark’s father worked for Western Electric as a die maker. He is married to Katharyn Francis of Tallahassee, Florida. They together are parents to four wonderful children.
