Mac Lethal’s father, Warren Sheldon, was a musician and a music enthusiast. So the young Mac, born on 25 July 1981, grew up appreciating music. Mac Lethal began his music vocation in the year 2002. He released his debut studio album, and Men Are from Mars, Pornstars Are from Earth, on HHI Recordings in 2002. The year turned out to be a lucky one for him as in the same year, and he won the Scribble Jam rap battle. In 2004 he accompanied underground rapper, Sage Francis, on the Fuck Clear Channel Tour. 2006 was a great year for Mac Lethal as he founded Black Clover Records with long time friend Jeremy Willis. Willis is associated with Datura Label. The following year, Mac Lethal released a studio album, 11:11, on Rhymesayers Entertainment.
2011 was a year of surprises for him beginning with a contract of $250,000, for five albums, two option, and one milestone deal from Sony.
