Kenneth Joel Hotz was born on May 3, 1967 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to his parent Tzafi Hotz. He was raised in a Jewish family together with his siblings Ronnie Hotz and Mariam Hotz. He is a graduate from the forest Hill Collegiate Institute.
