    • To go camping vicariously with Joe in such beautiful areas is one of my most enjoyable pastimes. So very entertaining and knowledgeable. Makes this texas boy want to move north!

  1. I have learned so many things from watching Joe. I am a grandma who loves the outdoors and fishing. He is just really down to earth and quite a good family man. It was very sad when he lost Scout and I felt his pain.

  2. He might have a bit of a drinking problem, just saying. I’m a alcoholic that have not had a drink in over 30 yrs. Believe me I know one when I see one. Any one who carry’s a flask with them has got a problem. A good person to ask about his drinking would be his wife, she’s got to be suffering as bad as he is from it. I drank for over 20 years and finally quit in my mid 30’s and have not had a drink since. I thought I would never quit and have been sober for over 30 years. I am a outdoorsman to, I live in a house I built by myself on a small lake with great fishing and have been living their since being disabled from work about 5 years ago. I was a carpenter for over 30 years and am disabled from that job wearing out my knees. So I just sit and watch u-tube vids and go fishing.

    • Good for you being sober so many years! I wondered about Joe’s drinking too…especially the flask. He has so much going for him, a beautiful family, success etc. Pray alcohol doesn’t steal it all.

  3. . . . says his salary is $2.09K. That’s just a little over $2,000.00. So . . . two thousand per year? per month? per week? Per day? lol That’s a very meager salary anyway you look at it; unless it’s per day. . . . . hmm. . . . . probably none of our business. Just saying . . .

  4. I just discovered his videos and they are so interesting and entertaining. I wish i could do those things in the outdoors and knew survival skills but i dont . I am 70 years young and a female and i also have been watching wildgreen joanna who is female by herself yet. This is now totally acceptable

  5. Very interesting and entertaining. So is wildgreen joanna! I didnt know this existed. I myself would like to learn this at age 70!
