Gustavo Adolfo Dudamel Ramirez was born on January 26, 1981, in Lara, Venezuela. His parents used to work as a voice teacher and a trombonist. Owing to this, he started learning music from a very young age.

Gustavo Dudamel started his career at a very young age. In 1999, he became Orquesta Sinfónica Simón Bolívar’s music director. In doing so, he toured many countries.
