  1. Mr. Lambert my name is Mrs.Candi s Burke. I bought a washer and dryer from Sears in Montrose Colorado 3 months ago the dryer drum will not turn but, the heating element works. I had a repair set up for 5/4/2020 it was cancelled and was moved to 5/13/2020. This was also canceled as well. Now I have been out of a dryer for a month now. The man I spoke with on the 13th, informed me there was no further openings for repairs. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes when I asked to speak to a supervisor. No one came on the line. I have missed 2 days of work waiting for a repair person. I have spoken to a man by the name of Steve at our local Sears store. He really doesn’t seem to care either. Now the ball is in your court. I need this resolved NOW! Please look into this.
