  1. I think Dennis was an amazing actor in NYPD Blue, who else could have played the part so well. Happy retirement Andy Sipowitcz. (did I spell that right?)

  2. What a wonderful actor! He played the role of Andy Sipowicz so well. He brought such humanity to the role of a police Detective you loved even though some of the things he did weren’t always above board. Thank you Mr. Franz for so many characters on TV we’ll never forget!

  3. One of my favorite actors. He really knew the art of acting. I just saw a little-known movie on YouTube called Justice in Texas. He played an attorney and looked to be pretty young. As usual, he did a good job.

  4. Dennis,
Thanks for the wonderful years of NYPD Blue. I am a retired LEO from the New Orleans Metro area and watched the reruns about 7 complete cycles. My wife and I are in our 70’s and she says we would have been GREAT as partners from 1970 on.
Many thanks and if you ever get in the New Orleans area, we’d love to say “HELLO!”
