  1. Connie Frances was and will always be one of my most favorite fans. Ms. Frances may not remember me, however, I was working for Alitalia Airlines at JFK in the early years of the 60’s. Connie was a frequent passenger on Alitalia. I remember dearly when she would arrive at the terminal, she would have been escorted to the First Class V.I.P lounge I would have the opportunity meeting her and then again would asked her, if there war anything she would like to have while waiting for her departure. One of her favorite quick snacks were the hot dogs that was served at the international arrival bldg snack bar. Yes, I would purchase one or two of them for her. Connie was a down to earth person, and to know her was to love her, and I most certainly did so. Later on, I was promoted to being a sales representative for Alitalia. She then was married to Joe Garzili, and would from time to time join Joe at many functions in the travel industry. I then re-introduced myself to her once again, and yes, she remembered me and the hot dog saga. She will always be my favorite celebrity to which I had the honor of meeting once again. I had the opportunity while working at the terminal of Alitalia, meeting any celebrities , but Connie..one of the dearest and best people I’ve ever met. I know she gave a a beautiful photograph of her signed by her also. I wish I could find it. I’m now 80 years old, and play her music always.

Connie, if you ever read this comment, I’m saying God Bless you always and all the joy you brought to the world. You will never be forgotten. May your music & singing career always be with us. I know, I will never forget out little conversations before you flew to Italy. Yes, I’m a true blooded Sicilian, first generation American. At the moment, I’m listening to your song..”Arrivideci Roma. I would love to see you one again. Thank you for adding to my life your being. Love & Hugs, Dominick Cirri

  3. Connie Francis – I have been a huge fan of yours since I was a kid in the mid-60’s, I was born in ‘55. I still listen to your music!! What talent you have!! God bless you Connie❤️

  4. Greetings from Edmonton, Canada. It’s a relief to know that you are still with us. You were the favourite singer of my schoolmates at Sisler High School in Winnipeg in 1962, and I agreed, to the point that I went to see your movie “Where the Boys Are.” Little did I know that my city would become a major centre for the music industry, even though music was all around me. Because of our long winters, hundreds of bands got together in basements to perfect their craft. People such as Burton Cummings, Randy Bachman and Neil Young emerged to entertain the world. Burton had a crush on Brenda Lee, but I had a crush on you, as did many of my classmates. Burton, Randy and I lived in the same neighbourhood, but I never got a chance to run into either of them.

  5. Hello Connie. You have made so many people happy with your musical talents. No has mentioned here that you can sing in several different languages. Now that is really amazing. When we used to walk out of school on the last day in June we would sing your 1964 hit Vacation. Put away the books we’re out of school, the weather’s warm but we’ll play it cool. We’re on vacation to the start of a ball.
God bless you Connie. We love you very much. Also, I love the way you sing, “In The Summer Of His Years which is a salute to John F Kennedy. Mahalia Jackson sings it so sweetly too but I think I might like your version better. She was a very good soul just as you are. Have a happy & blessed 2021!!!

  6. Connie, I am 75 now. I grew up with your beautiful voice & music. I listen to the old songs now & it takes me back t a time I should have appreciated more–No worries, no husbands, no bad things. I loved dragging the Boulevard in my 1963 chev convertible with my long red hair blowing in the wind listening to you on the radio. the bittersweet that should never be forgotten. I forget a lot of things now, but when the music plays from that era it all seems to return me to happier care free times. I think I would have made a few changes—but never the music. Thank You for so much for your songs & words. May all that is good watch over you.
