Billy Squier was born on 12 May 1950 in the city of Wellesley, Massachusetts. He completed his schooling from Wellesley High School in 1968. Billy was very passionate about playing piano and guitar while growing up and soon became a massive fan of John Mayall. He found his album Bluesbreakers very soothing and looked upon him as his idol.
