  1. She was and still is a great lady. I knew from about the age of ten just how decadent homosexual men were when they kept trying to get me and my friends in their cars in the Montrose neighborhood of Houston. My great great aunt would have to run them off almost daily. I never had any anger or hatred to them until I saw that nasty aids infected asshole throw the pie in her face. I was so happy when I heard he died of it years later. Nazi Homosexuals.

  2. É, essa questão da torta é sem duvida uma atitude descabível, é um comportamento de um gay revoltado por ñ aceitar a condição de ser um portador do HIV !….

  3. The same thing that black-balled Anita Bryant is what is going on today — a total lack of tolerated diversity in thought and intolerance by those who who demand it as a right for themselves. Respectful dialogue does not exist in the United States any more. It is truly sad the very intolerance fought against in Anita’s hey-day is the hallmark of that community today and the forced “accepted norm.” When we look at one another not defined by our skin colors or sexualty/self identification but instead by who we are individually as in our heart matter/character, only then will we have achieved the goal of real tolerance with respect to the differences of personal beliefs. Anita Bryant was a very talented and gifted musician and performer, her activism did not and does not change that.

  4. A GREAT LADY i KNEW HER IN HIGH SCHOOL AND AS i WAS PLAYING BOZO THE FAMOUS TV CLOWN ON KTUL AND IN LA SHE WAS AND IS A GREAT LADY

  5. What “they” did to her should have been a H U G E RED FLAG , signaling what was to .. and did come. “they ” have no conscious. Which is ONE of the reasons why we are where we are today!

    • I see her as a human rights violator, a very nasty, evil, hateful, bigoted woman on the wrong side of history.
By the way all gay people don’t have AIDs.

      • Monkey pox, the latest rectal pestilence? We don’t eat from the garbage can! At around 2% of the population , how come so many of the 2% are on the main news networks as extreme leftists . Anderson. Humpty Dumpty, Ellen, Rachel, Lemon,

    • yes ! But it astounds me that people still vote for politicians who champion such decadent views as the democratic party does today !

  6. Still so much ignorance and generalisation. This is the ignorance that Anita Bryant tapped into for her emendations of fear and lies. If men were trying to lure Bobby Hopper into their cars at 10yrs they weren’t gay men they were paedophile, this is the lie that Bryant fed and the ignorant and gullible still do. Bryant caused a lot of distress. It is thanks to Bryant that gay people united to successfully destroy her career which gave her a taste of her own medicine. When her career had gone down the toilet she unsuccessfully tried to revive it with a series of failed ventures where she fled several places leaving unpaid staff, creditors and taxes. Well ain’t that some nice upstanding Christian lady? Or, is that some piece of lying cheating thieving piece of human garbage? She is not a person who deserves my respect she will be judged by a higher authority one day.

    • I’ve never considered that until now, at least with the gay activists promoting grooming for children in the name of healthy living. Thank you!

  7. Free speech is a right for all Americans, not only those who disagree with and choose to attack and destroy rather than think. When you verbally and physically abuse the person you disagree with, you are the fascist, racist and righteousaphobic!
